FAQs
What is the dress code?
Wild West Welcome - come as dressy or casual as you wish, we love a theme. Boots and a sundress, a cowboy hat and some jeans, anything with fringe, full Cowboy Carter outfit - whatever you’re comfortable in!
Wedding Ceremony and Reception - Cocktail attire is preferred for this late afternoon/evening. Think dresses or jumpsuits for women, and dress pants and a nice shirt for men. No ties required, but you may want a jacket for the cooler evenings.
Are children welcome?
Children are welcome at all wedding related events. There is a movie room and playground onsite, and there will be child friendly food available. The bride and groom would love to know sooner rather than later if you plan to bring littles so we can plan additional activities or childcare as needed.
There is a local service Kiddie Keepers that offers in-home/hotel babysitting services. You can email kiddiekeepersllc@gmail.com or visit their website for more information.
There are a few local providers for baby gear on BabyQuip if you don’t want to travel like a circus.
Alison and Will have 6 babies who will definitely be in attendance (or out of the will!): Madi (12), Zoey (11), Liam (10), Lucas (8), Rory (3), and Quinn (1). Choose your own adventures parents!
Do you have a room block?
We have two room blocks that will also get shuttle service. See the Travel & Stay page for links to the group blocks.
Will there be vegetarian or dietary options?
Yes, you will be asking to indicate any dietary preferences and/or allergies during the RSVP process.
What’s the weather like in Springdale in October?
We expect the weather to be a high of 70 degrees during the day, and in the 50’s at night. The weather in the area can be unpredictable (last year on October 25 it was a high of 80!) so continue to check Springdale, UT weather as our date approaches. No matter the highs, the desert gets cold at night so we suggest a jacket.
What do you recommend in the area?
We would love if our guests enjoyed Zion National Park while they were in town! Check out the Things to Do page for our suggested hikes and activities.
How do I RSVP?
We will have an RSVP page coming on this website in the next few months. No additional paper invitation will be mailed. Check back for pages being added in real time!
